一、模块概述

Phase 64 引入协作治理系统,实现多Agent协作的策略管理、任务分配优化和冲突解决机制,确保自主AI系统的安全和透明。

1.1 核心功能

  • 协作策略管理: 策略定义、权限分配
  • 任务分配优化: 技能匹配、负载均衡
  • 冲突解决: 投票、仲裁、共识算法
  • 质量评估: 协作质量、满意度评估
  • 自主级别管理: 分级授权(L0-L4)
